Two fire paramedics, a patient and a motorist were injured when an ambulance and a minivan collided on Scholls Ferry Road in Beaverton.The driver of the minivan was severely entrapped and was extricated by firefighters from Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue. After being extricated, the minivan driver was taken by medical helicopter to Oregon Health & Science University and Medical Center in Portland with life-threatening injuries.
